Services Description

Southwest Thai Massage provides professional massage therapy services including:

• Thai Combo Massage
• Thai Deep Tissue Massage
• Couples Massage
• Foot Reflexology
• Add-on services (Hot Stone, Cupping, Focus Treatments)

All services are provided by licensed massage therapists in a professional, clean, and safe environment.

Appointments and Booking

Booking Requirements

• Appointments are required and can be made by phone at 928-830-9989
• Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability
• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment
• Valid identification may be required for first-time clients

Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee
• We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees for repeated late cancellations

Late Arrivals

• Late arrivals will result in reduced session time
• Full session fees apply regardless of late arrival
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show

Health and Safety

Client Health Requirements

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns
• Massage therapy may not be suitable for certain medical conditions
• We reserve the right to refuse service if it may be harmful to the client
• Clients must inform therapists of any changes in health status

Safety Protocols

• Our facility maintains strict cleanliness and hygiene standards
• All equipment and surfaces are sanitized between clients
• Therapists follow proper hand hygiene protocols
• We maintain appropriate ventilation and air quality

COVID-19 and Illness

• Clients experiencing symptoms of illness should reschedule
• We follow current health department guidelines
• Masks may be required based on current health recommendations
• Enhanced cleaning protocols are in place

Payment and Pricing

Pricing

• All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change
• Prices are current as of the date of service
• Add-on services are additional to base session prices
• Gift certificates are available and never expire

Payment Methods

• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
• Payment is due at the time of service
• Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service
• We do not accept personal checks

Gratuities

• Gratuities are not included in service prices
• Gratuities are appreciated and go directly to your therapist
• Standard gratuity is 15-20% of the service price

Professional Standards

• We maintain a professional, respectful environment
• Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
• Clients must respect therapist boundaries and professional standards

Facility Rules

• No smoking or vaping on premises
• No alcohol or drugs allowed
• Quiet voices in waiting areas
• No photography or recording without permission
• Children must be supervised at all times
